Services

One partner owns the application from idea to production. We scope it in a week, build it under your sign-off, verify it before release and keep running it.

Custom software

We own the whole application: the data model, the API, the interface, the infrastructure it runs on and the pipeline that ships it. One partner, one record of what was built and why.

Every piece of work starts as a written feature request and ends as a release candidate that passed automated QA and a human review. The PRD and the design package stay with you as documents, not as a handover deck.

AI agents

We build agents for work that is repeatable and verifiable: research, drafting, classification, triage, QA. Each one gets a written policy that says what it reads, what it writes and what it must never do. You approve the policy before the agent runs.

Agent output is reviewed by a person before it reaches anything that matters, and the record shows which agent did what. When a model changes, we replay the recorded inputs and compare the results instead of guessing.

Automated workflows

We map your process with the people who run it today, including the exceptions they handle by hand. Then we build it: which stages exist, who may move work between them, which approvals block.

Approvals are real gates. Work waits until a named person acts, and the log records the decision. Failures go to a person instead of retrying quietly.

Verified production

Ready means every gate passed and the record says so. Release is the last stage of a run, and the deployment, monitoring and release controls around it are ours to operate.

Production is where the next feature request comes from. We stay engaged after launch, so the work keeps moving instead of stopping at a handover.

How we work

  1. We take the idea.

A week of discovery with the people who own the problem. It ends in a feature request, a PRD and a design package you approve. Until you do, nothing is built.

  2. We build and verify it.

Development runs in short cycles against the approved scope. Automated QA runs first and writes a report. A person reviews every release candidate before it ships.

  3. We run it in production.

Deployment, monitoring and releases are ours to operate after launch, month to month. The next feature request starts the next run.

Production is where the next request comes from.

Tell us the feature.

One paragraph about what should ship first. We reply by email with how we would run it.
