Every piece of work starts as a written feature request. Discovery turns it into a PRD and a design package. You approve that package before a line of production code exists.
Build runs in short cycles. Automated QA writes a report, a person reviews the release candidate, and only then does it ship. Each stage leaves a document you can read, reject and keep.
